These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of aigist24.com (the "Site") and any services described on it. By using the Site, submitting a form, or scheduling a discovery call, you agree to these Terms.

You agree to provide accurate information when submitting the contact, careers, newsletter, or AI Readiness Benchmark forms, and not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to transmit malicious content (including via file uploads on the careers application form).

Consulting Services & Engagements

Any AI consulting, assessment, or implementation services described on the Site are subject to a separate, signed statement of work or services agreement between AIGist24 and the client. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer of services absent a signed agreement.

Pricing figures referenced on the Site (e.g. assessment fees) are illustrative starting points and may vary based on engagement scope.

AI Readiness Benchmark & Assessment Results

The AI Readiness Benchmark and related assessment tools provide directional, informational scoring based on the answers you provide. Results do not constitute professional advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for a full engagement-based assessment.

Careers & Applications

Submitting a job application (including a resume upload) does not guarantee an interview or offer of employment. Resumes are shared internally with our hiring team for the purpose of evaluating your application.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and the AIGist24 name and marks — is the property of AIGist24 or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Third-Party Services

Scheduling is provided via Cal.com and analytics via Google Tag Manager/Google Analytics; your use of those embedded services is also subject to their respective terms.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIGist24 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
