Overview

AIGist24 ("AIGist24", "we", "us", or "our") provides AI consulting, implementation, and readiness-assessment services to mid-market organizations. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through aigist24.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

This is placeholder policy content drafted for the Stage 3 rebuild and has not yet been reviewed by counsel — do not treat it as final legal text.

Information We Collect

Contact form submissions: full name, job title, company name, industry, email, phone, company size, area of interest, AI maturity level, challenges described, and preferred contact method/time.

Career applications: full name, email, phone, job title applied for, an optional cover note, and an uploaded resume (PDF, stored on our server infrastructure).

Newsletter signups: email address and subscription status.

AI Readiness Benchmark and consultation-request submissions: your answers to the benchmark questionnaire, computed category scores (strategy, infrastructure, data, talent, culture), and, if you choose to provide it, your email address to receive results.

Usage data: standard analytics data collected via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (page views, referrers, device/browser information, approximate location) — see "Analytics & Cookies" below.

How We Use Information

To respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form and schedule requested discovery calls.

To evaluate career applications and communicate with candidates (including forwarding submitted resumes to our hiring team).

To send newsletter updates to subscribers who opt in, and to allow subscribers to unsubscribe at any time.

To calculate and deliver AI-readiness benchmark/survey results, and to follow up on consultation requests.

To monitor, maintain, and improve the security and performance of our website.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the site and deliver our services, including our email delivery provider (Resend), our hosting/infrastructure provider, and Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager for site analytics.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AIGist24, our clients, or others.

Data Retention

We retain contact, career, newsletter, and benchmark/survey submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see "Your Choices" below).

Cal.com Scheduling

When you schedule a discovery call, the booking widget is provided by Cal.com. Cal.com processes the scheduling details (name, email, selected time) under its own privacy policy.

Analytics & Cookies

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site. These tools may set cookies and collect usage data. You can control cookies through your browser settings or opt out of Google Analytics using Google's official browser add-on.

Your Choices

You may unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in any newsletter email or by contacting us directly.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing sales@aigist24.com.
