Sales & Marketing Intern

With offices in the USA, Germany, and India, we deliver end-to-end AI implementations for clients across retail, finance, healthcare, and logistics. We're growing fast and looking for builders who want to work on cutting-edge AI-powered products.

The Role

This is a paid internship with a clear path to a full-time role after 6 months. You'll be our front line - reaching out to potential clients on LinkedIn, running campaigns, and booking meetings for the founders. If you're good at writing, comfortable reaching out to strangers, and want to learn B2B sales in the AI space, this is your opportunity. Additional performance bonuses available based on successful conversions.

What You'll Do

  • Run outbound outreach campaigns via LinkedIn to generate leads
  • Use Sales Navigator to identify and target decision-makers at mid-market companies
  • Write compelling outreach messages that get responses (not spammy templates)
  • Set up and manage LinkedIn ad campaigns to drive awareness
  • Book discovery calls and demos for the founding team
  • Track outreach metrics and iterate on what's working

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent English: written and spoken. This is non-negotiable.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn: especially Sales Navigator and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Comfortable with cold outreach: not afraid to message people you don't know
  • Good at writing short, punchy messages that sound human (not AI-generated spam)
  • Self-motivated: you don't need someone checking in on you every hour
  • Bonus: Any prior SDR, sales, or marketing experience
